Installation & Requirements
  • Installation type: benchtop, with no plumbing or tradesperson needed. Place it on a stable, level surface near a tap, a sink or bucket for the drain hose, and a power socket.
  • Positioning: the back should rest against the wall behind it. The water supply and drain hoses can be positioned to the right or left side to suit the setup.
  • Water inlet: connect the cold water supply hose to a threaded 3/4 inch connector and fasten it tightly, or open the cap and fill the tank manually. Use the new hose set supplied and do not reuse old hose sets. If the supplied hose does not fit your tap, adapters are available from a plumbing supplier.
  • Water drain: put the end of the drain hose into a sink or bucket, or fix it with the suction cups, avoiding kinks and squashing. If the sink is more than 1m higher than the bottom of the dishwasher, excess water may remain in the hose and must be drained into a container of at least 6 litres held lower than the dishwasher. A drain hose extension must not be longer than 4 metres.
  • Water supply: water pressure of 0.04 - 1.0 MPa.
  • Electrical: 220-240V~ 50Hz, with a 10A 250V socket. The socket must be earthed correctly. Use a 10A time delay fuse or circuit breaker on a separate circuit serving only this appliance. Do not use an extension cord or adapter plug, never cut or remove the earthing connection from the power cord, and disconnect the power before installing. A damaged supply cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
  • Caravans and RVs: if you use the dishwasher in an RV, use it after the RV has stopped and is stable.
  • Unpacking: check the packaging and appliance on arrival to make sure everything is intact, and contact the retailer if there is any damage.

Extra Information

Use only detergent and liquid rinse aid designed for automatic dishwashers, and never use soap, laundry detergent or hand washing detergent. Dishwasher detergents are strongly alkaline and can be dangerous if swallowed, so keep them away from skin, eyes and children. Add the detergent just before starting. The rinse aid is released in the final rinse to prevent water droplets, spots and streaks and to improve drying.

Scrape off large food residue but avoid pre-rinsing, which increases water and energy use. Place items by size, working from the two sides to the middle, and tilt cutlery to improve cleaning. Face hollow items downwards, keep items from nesting or touching, make sure the spray arms can rotate freely and do not overload it. The maximum is 3 place settings. Knives and sharp utensils must be loaded with their points facing down or placed horizontally. Wooden, horn, china or mother-of-pearl handled cutlery, plastic that is not heat resistant, bonded or glued items, pewter, copper, crystal glass, rusting steel and wooden platters are not suitable. Items will be hot after the programme, so wait about 15 minutes before unloading and empty the lower basket first. The appliance is for indoor household and similar use only, such as staff kitchens, farm houses and hotel or bed and breakfast environments.

Per the user manual, spare parts are available for seven years after the last unit of the model is placed on the market for the motor, pumps, heating elements, hoses, valves, filters, printed circuit boards, displays and sensors, and for ten years for door hinges and seals, spray arms, drain filters and interior racks and baskets.
