Liebherr appliances are distributed in Australia by Andi-Co Australia Pty Ltd and are backed by a comprehensive five-year manufacturer's warranty, reflecting the quality and engineering behind every product.

• All household appliances: Five years' warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used for domestic purposes.
• Cosmetic damage: Dents, scratches and blemishes must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and any subsequent owner during the warranty period. Registering the appliance at andico.com.au may help provide faster after-sales service. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Repair or replacement of defective parts within the warranty period.

What's Not Covered

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
• Misuse, abuse, accidental damage or neglect.
• Damage caused by power surges, electrical storms or an incorrect power supply.
• Damage caused by vermin or insect infestation.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Consumable items such as filters, light globes and batteries.
• Damage to drawers or shelves.
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties.
• Appliances purchased through unauthorised resellers or third-party auction websites.

Conditions

• The appliance must be used for domestic purposes only.
• The appliance must be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• Cosmetic damage must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery.
• The warranty applies only to appliances purchased and used within Australia.
• Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
