What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• All parts and labour required to rectify a covered fault
• In-home service where available within the service agent's normal area

What's not covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer instructions
• Misuse, accidental damage, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused during transportation
• Travel costs outside the service agent's normal service area
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Commercial use beyond the 1-year commercial warranty period

Conditions

• Cooktops and ovens must be installed by a licensed electrician or licensed gas plumber
• Must be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Fault must be notified to Kleenmaid within the warranty period
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
• Warranty applies to appliances purchased and used within Australia only
