Warranty coverage

Kaskade Stone products are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality and durability across its range of luxury stone baths and basins.

• Pure Range stone baths and basins: 10 years for repair or replacement due to manufacturing defects.
• Timeless and Avant Garde Range stone baths and basins: Seven years for repair or replacement due to manufacturing defects.
• Painted products: Three years against manufacturing defects.
• Wastes: One year for replacement parts.

Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. The warranty does not cover removal, installation, reinstallation or transport costs.

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Conditions

• The product must be installed by a licensed installer who has issued a Certificate of Compliance.
• The product must be installed on a solid, level surface that prevents movement.
• The product must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with Kaskade's care instructions.
• Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
• The product must have been purchased from an authorised Kaskade retailer.

Making a claim

Warranty claims should be made through the original place of purchase. Have your proof of purchase and the Certificate of Compliance issued by your installer available when submitting a claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The VXA23’s 400mm diameter sits between ultra-compact and full-sized vessel basins, giving it useful presence without excessive width. Its shallow 120mm profile makes the bowl feel integrated with the vanity rather than visually top-heavy.

Tapware and decorative waste components are not included unless specifically stated. As there is no overflow, confirm the correct non-overflow waste, tap outlet reach, water landing position and benchtop cut-out before installation.
