• Wastes: One year for replacement parts.

Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. The warranty does not cover removal, installation, reinstallation or transport costs.

Conditions

Making a Claim

Warranty claims should be made through the original place of purchase. Have your proof of purchase and the Certificate of Compliance issued by your installer available when submitting a claim.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Hannah’s softly rising rim creates a relaxed slipper-bath character without overpowering its clean contemporary form. The 1540mm variant is well suited to layouts where space is considered, while the 1680mm variant provides additional room for a more generous soaking experience in master ensuites and feature bathrooms.

Its colour-through solid-surface construction supports long-term presentation because the material can be resurfaced if required, while its thermal properties help retain water warmth for a more comfortable soak. The supplier advises that the advertised prices exclude the waste, taps, headrests and caddies; select compatible accessories separately to suit the installation.
