• Timeless & Avant Garde Range — stone baths & basins: 7 years — Repair or replacement, manufacturing defects only
• Painted products: 3 years — Manufacturing defects only
• Wastes: 1 year — Replacement parts

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty does not include removal, installation, or transport costs.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Repair or replacement of the warrantied product at Kaskade's discretion

What's not covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
• Removal, reinstallation, or transport costs associated with a warranty claim
• Damage caused by use of abrasive, citrus-based, or harsh chemical cleaning products
• Surface scratches or damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by installation on an uneven or unsuitable floor surface

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed installer who has issued a Certificate of Compliance
• Must be installed on a solid, level surface that allows no movement
• Products must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with Kaskade's care instructions
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
• Products must be purchased from an authorised Kaskade retailer

Making a claim

Claims should be directed through the original place of purchase. Please have your proof of purchase and Certificate of Compliance from your installer ready when submitting your claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
