Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. The warranty does not cover removal, installation, reinstallation or transport costs.

Conditions

• The product must be installed by a licensed installer who has issued a Certificate of Compliance.

• Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
• The product must have been purchased from an authorised Kaskade retailer.

Making a claim

Warranty claims should be made through the original place of purchase. Have your proof of purchase and the Certificate of Compliance issued by your installer available when submitting a claim.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The Downey belongs to Kaskade’s Pure Range and uses a symmetrical round form to soften straight-lined vanity cabinetry. Its 400mm diameter is particularly useful where a distinctive stone basin is desired without consuming excessive surrounding benchtop space.
