The InSinkErator® 3N1 Multitap is backed by an In-home Full Service Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for the duration of the applicable warranty period.

If a product fault is found during the warranty period, contact InSinkErator Service (Australia) for details of your nearest Authorised Service Agent. If deemed defective and covered under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.

Coverage Includes:

• NeoTank: 2 years parts and labour

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Products that have been removed or self-repaired after installation
• Items used for commercial purposes
• Products purchased from overseas sources not compliant with Australian standards
• Incorrect installation, misuse, or modification
• Damage caused by fire, flood, vandalism, pests, or natural disasters
• Electrical or water supply faults

Use of a licensed plumber for installation is required to maintain warranty coverage.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable losses. Products that fail to meet acceptable quality but do not amount to a major failure will be repaired or replaced.
