Gro Agencies is an Australian distributor of premium European bathroom products, representing brands including TECE, Inda, NDW, Kerasan, Designo Ceramica, Ceramica Galassia, Cai & Faith, Frattini, and Graff. All products are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, giving you confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of every product.
Warranty periods effective from 1st November 2021. Labour is not included unless otherwise specified.
TECE — In-wall cisterns & flush buttons
- In-wall cistern (tank/shell): 10 years — Replacement parts
- Outlet valve & inlet valve: 2 years — Replacement parts, 2 years labour

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Warranty commences from the invoice date of purchase from an authorised Gro Agencies reseller.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Repair or replacement of faulty products or parts within the applicable warranty period
- Labour costs where specified in the warranty table above
What's not covered
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
- Installation by an unlicensed plumber or electrician
- Damage from water pressure exceeding 500kPa or water temperature exceeding manufacturer recommendations
- Fitting of third-party devices to outlets such as water filters
- Use of abrasive or incorrect cleaning products
- Damage from inadequate flushing or cleaning of the system during installation
- Poor or contaminated water supply causing debris in working parts
- Normal wear and tear, including washers, seals, and aerators
- Misuse or use for incorrect applications
- Products damaged during installation
Conditions
- Must be installed by a licensed plumber and/or electrician in accordance with manufacturer recommendations
- Must be installed in accordance with the National Plumbing Code and local government regulations
- Water pressure must not exceed 500kPa — a pressure reducer must be installed where required
- Aerators and water outlet points must be cleaned regularly
- Products must be maintained per manufacturer care and cleaning recommendations
- Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser only
- For regional areas more than 50km from a metropolitan centre, the customer is responsible for service agent travel costs unless agreed in writing with Gro Agencies
Making a claim
Contact Gro Agencies directly to obtain a warranty/service application form. Complete and return the form by email to info@groagencies.com.au. Once received, your claim will be assessed and you will be contacted by Gro Agencies or an authorised representative. Please have your proof of purchase ready when submitting your claim.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
