GlemGas appliances are covered for defects in materials and workmanship when installed by a licensed technician. Proof of purchase and proof of licensed installation must be provided when requesting service.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and to repairs or replacement when products fail to meet acceptable quality.

Warranty Conditions (Summary)

This warranty does not apply if:

• The product was not installed by a licensed technician
• Serial number or rating plate is missing
• Incorrect installation, misuse or negligence occurs
• Connected to incorrect voltage
• Damage is caused by foreign objects or non-standard use
• Unauthorised repairs were attempted
• Installation is more than 80 km from an Australian capital city GPO
• (Travel/freight costs beyond this radius are not covered)
• Glass components are not included in warranty
