Warranty Coverage

Domestic Use

• Gessi products are covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and production defects, including finishes and coatings.

Wear Components

• Parts subject to normal wear (such as cartridges, valves and filters) are covered for 2 years.

Outdoor Products

• Selected outdoor ranges are covered by a 2-year warranty.
• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing and production defects
• Repair or replacement of faulty parts or products
• Finish defects where deemed manufacturing-related

All claims are assessed and resolved at Gessi’s discretion.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation or use
• Unauthorised repairs or non-original parts
• Poor maintenance or unsuitable cleaning products
• Limescale, water impurities or environmental factors
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic ageing
• Transport, handling damage or external events

Costs for removal, reinstallation, transport or service access are not covered.

Conditions

• Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel
• Products must be installed and used as instructed
• Suitable water pressure, temperature and filtration must be maintained
• Warranty applies only where Gessi products are officially supplied

Failure to meet these conditions may void the warranty.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
