The RAK Gwen is designed for professional installation into custom kitchen cabinetry. Due to its size and weight, installation should be completed before benchtop finishing and supported by permanent structural shelving rather than relying on cabinetry sides alone.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Unlike pressed stainless steel sinks, fire clay sinks are manufactured through a traditional ceramic process in which refined clay is moulded, dried, glazed and fired at extremely high temperatures. This process produces an exceptionally hard wearing surface with excellent resistance to everyday scratching, staining and household chemicals while retaining the classic appearance that has made butler sinks a timeless feature in premium kitchens.

The generous bowl depth provides additional practicality for busy households, allowing larger cookware and entertaining platters to be washed more comfortably while helping contain splashing during food preparation and cleaning. Combined with its wide apron front and minimalist styling, the Gwen balances traditional craftsmanship with contemporary kitchen design.

Because ceramic is a natural material, every sink exhibits slight manufacturing variation. These small dimensional tolerances are an inherent characteristic of premium fire clay production rather than a manufacturing defect and should always be considered during kitchen planning and installation.

The RAK Gwen forms part of Fienza's premium kitchen collection and is intended for long-term residential installation where both durability and visual presentation are equally important.
