Product Overview

The Fienza RAK Jacklyn is an 80cm double bowl butler sink designed for substantial kitchen workspaces requiring the capacity and separation of two full-sized bowls. Its broad rectangular profile, flat apron front and Alpine Gloss White finish give the sink a clean architectural presence while retaining the traditional character of fire clay farmhouse and butler sink design.

Each bowl measures 365mm wide and 450mm from front to back, providing dedicated space for washing, rinsing, food preparation and large cookware. The two bowls are formed within a single fine fire clay ceramic body, glazed on all sides to create a consistent, smooth finish across both visible and concealed surfaces.

The Jacklyn can be installed as either an undermount or flushmount sink. Two configurations are available within the same product family: RKS124 without a tap hole for installations using benchtop-mounted or wall-mounted tapware, and RKS124-1 with a single 35mm tap hole formed in the sink. Both configurations share the same dimensions, material, finish, weight and installation requirements.

Product Details & Specifications

Product Features
  • Large double bowl configuration: two full-sized bowls provide separate working areas for washing, rinsing, preparation and draining.
  • Fine fire clay ceramic: substantial ceramic construction gives the sink the weight, solidity and traditional material character expected from a premium butler sink.
  • Flat apron front: the straight front face creates a clean presentation within exposed-front farmhouse and butler sink cabinetry.
  • Glazed on all sides: the ceramic body is fully glazed rather than finished only across the visible faces, providing a consistent Alpine Gloss White surface throughout.
  • Two installation options: suitable for undermount or flushmount integration into custom kitchen benchtops and cabinetry.
  • Tap hole choice: available without a tap hole or with one factory-formed tap hole, allowing the sink configuration to be matched to the selected tapware installation.
  • Dedicated waste compatibility: designed for use with Fienza A3 wastes incorporating the required thick foam seal for selected RAK fire clay sinks.
  • Substantial 46kg construction: the weight and material density require permanent structural support beneath the sink rather than relying on the benchtop alone.

Extra Information

Fire clay ceramic products are manufactured through firing and glazing processes that can produce minor dimensional variation between individual sinks. Fienza specifies a tolerance of ±10mm and requires the physical product to be used for final cabinet, support shelf and benchtop measurements. Templates and published drawings should therefore be treated as planning guides rather than final cutting dimensions.

Both Jacklyn configurations use the same ceramic body and double bowl layout. The selection between RKS124 and RKS124-1 should be made according to the intended tapware position: choose the no-tap-hole model for tapware mounted independently through the benchtop or wall, or the one-tap-hole model where the mixer is to be mounted directly through the sink.

The required A3 waste uses a thick foam seal developed for secure fitment with selected RAK butler sinks. Standard wastes should not be substituted without confirming suitability for the fire clay construction and 90mm waste openings.
