Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Fire clay sinks are formed and fired rather than fabricated from sheet material. Final cabinetry and benchtop work should therefore be coordinated with the physical sink supplied, particularly for an apron-front installation where the front edge, support shelf and surrounding cabinetry must align accurately.

The reversible body allows the final visual treatment to be decided as part of the kitchen installation. Positioning the fluted face outward creates a more decorative farmhouse appearance; reversing the sink exposes the plain face for a quieter architectural profile. The bowl capacity, dimensions and installation requirements remain the same in either orientation.

Fienza introduced its own kitchen and laundry sink ranges in 2021 and distributes its products nationally through facilities in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. The Charlton is included by Fienza in its Butler, Gloss White, Kitchen Sink and Laundry Sink categories.

The basket waste is intentionally specified separately, allowing its finish to be coordinated with the selected mixer, cabinet handles and surrounding kitchen fittings. Compatible Fienza options include A3SS, A3CM, A3CO and A3RB.
