You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Infusion canopy is designed as a coordinated ventilation partner for Falcon range cookers, carrying the same strong architectural presence into the cooking zone. Its choice of Stainless Steel, Black and Slate finishes allows the rangehood to either match the cooker or create a deliberate contrast within the kitchen.

Ducted installation provides the strongest extraction performance by exhausting cooking vapours outdoors. Where external ducting cannot be accommodated, the convertible design can be configured for recirculation using charcoal filtration, although airflow performance differs between ducted and recirculated operation.

Extraction performance depends on correct installation, unobstructed airflow and regular filter maintenance. A short, smooth duct route with minimal bends helps reduce resistance, while clean grease filters and timely charcoal-filter replacement support consistent ventilation and odour control.
