Warranty coverage

Falcon range cookers are distributed in Australia by Andi-Co Australia Pty. Ltd. and are backed by a comprehensive 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labour, giving you confidence in the craftsmanship behind every appliance.

• All Falcon appliances: 5 years — Parts and labour, domestic use
• Cosmetic damage (dents, scratches, blemishes): Must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and any subsequent owner within the warranty period. Register your appliance at andico.com.au for faster after-sales service. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Repair or replacement of defective parts and labour within the warranty period
• Cosmetic damage reported in writing within 14 days of delivery

What's not covered

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
• Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or neglect
• Damage caused by power surges, electrical storms, or incorrect power or gas supply
• Damage caused by vermin or insect infestation
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumables such as filters, light globes, and batteries
• Damage to shelves, door seals, trivets, and pan supports
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Appliances purchased through unauthorised resellers or third-party auction websites

Conditions

• Must be installed by a licensed electrician or licensed gas plumber — proof of approved installation may be required
• Must be used for domestic purposes only
• Must be installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Cosmetic damage must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery
• Warranty applies to appliances purchased and used within Australia only
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
