Product Overview

The Decina Alegra Ezi Height back-to-wall toilet suite has a sophisticated and modern style, matched with superior usability and functionality. Designed with the latest Nano-Glaze hygiene technology, the toilet pan is rimless for superior cleaning results, flush after flush. The Ezi height toilet has a seat height of 450mm. This makes it a lot easier for tall, elderly or less mobile users to use comfortably. The Alegra uses a quality upmarket European made Hamberger Evo soft close slim line toilet seat for superior comfort and looks.

The pan and cistern are designed to sit flush against a wall which is ideal for saving space. The back-to-wall design not only looks good it is much easier to clean. No dust or dirt can be trapped behind the pan. Easy to install with a universal setout it has both a top and bottom inlet.

If your product arrives incorrect or damaged, Decina must be notified in writing before installation. Once installed, warranty coverage is limited to product replacement only — no labour costs will be covered.

Decina offers a comprehensive extended warranty across its product range.

Our warranty covers defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials under normal domestic use.

To make a warranty claim:

Proof of purchase is required.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Products must be installed by a qualified tradesperson and in accordance with Decina’s installation instructions.
Claims must be lodged within 48 hours of receiving goods, with photographic evidence of any faults or damage.

The warranty does not cover:

Products that have been altered, modified, or incorrectly installed.
Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or harsh environmental conditions.
Faults discovered after installation.
Consequential loss, damage, or injury resulting from product use.
