Condari is an Australian-owned manufacturer with over 50 years of experience producing premium rangehoods. Their Qasair, Arlington, Condor, and Atherton ranges are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, with extended coverage available when installed by an approved Condari installer.

Qasair & Arlington indoor rangehoods

• Standard warranty: 3 years — Parts and labour
• Extended warranty (approved installer): 6 years — Parts and labour
• Motor replacement warranty: 10 years — Changeover warranty, carried out by an authorised technician

Condor outdoor & BBQ alfresco rangehoods

• Standard warranty: 3 years — Parts and labour
• Extended warranty (recommended installer): 6 years — Parts and labour

Atherton outdoor & BBQ alfresco rangehoods

• Standard warranty: 3 years — Parts and labour
• Extended warranty (recommended installer): 6 years — Parts and labour

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty applies to domestic use only. The 6-year extended warranty requires installation by a Condari-approved or recommended installer.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Repair or replacement of faulty products within the applicable warranty period
• Motor replacement within the 10-year motor warranty period (Qasair & Arlington)

What's not covered

• Incorrect installation, including incorrect ducting size or duct run length
• Failure to follow manufacturer installation and operating instructions
• Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or neglect
• Failure to regularly clean filters (at least once per month)
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable items
• Commercial use of domestic appliances
• Use of Qasair rangehoods over outdoor barbecues (Condor and Atherton only for alfresco use)

Conditions

• Must be installed in accordance with Condari installation guidelines
• Ducting must be the correct size and within the recommended duct run length
• Filters must be cleaned regularly — at least once per month by hand or dishwasher
• For the 6-year extended warranty, installation must be carried out by a Condari-approved installer
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all claims
• Warranty applies to personal, domestic, and household use only

Making a claim

Claims should be directed through the original place of purchase or by contacting Condari directly. Please have your proof of purchase and installation details ready when submitting your claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Once completed, return the form to 8Appliances via email, mail or in person so we can confirm the required product and installation details before processing your order.
