Bosch FlameSelect technology uses predefined flame increments to improve consistency when adjusting burner intensity. Rather than relying on approximate knob positioning, users can return to repeatable heat settings more accurately for simmering sauces, low-heat cooking, or higher-output wok cooking applications.

The wok burner is designed to accommodate larger cookware diameters commonly used for stir-fry and rapid boiling applications. Bosch recommends matching cookware diameter appropriately to each burner size for stable flame performance and efficient heat transfer.

The individual cast iron pan supports are removable and dishwasher-safe, assisting with ongoing cooktop cleaning and maintenance. The bevelled frameless glass edges provide a cleaner transition into surrounding benchtop surfaces while simplifying wipe-down access around the perimeter of the appliance.
