Bosch FlameSelect technology is designed to provide more repeatable flame intensity adjustment compared to traditional variable gas control systems. The nine fixed flame levels assist with maintaining consistent cooking temperatures across simmering, sautéing and high-heat cooking applications.

The dedicated wok burner is designed for high-output cooking and accommodates round-bottom cookware using the included wok support accessory. The semi-continuous cast iron pan supports are individually removable to simplify routine cleaning of the tempered glass surface beneath.
