Bosch FlameSelect technology divides burner output into nine calibrated flame levels, allowing more controlled and repeatable cooking performance compared with traditional continuously variable gas controls. This assists with tasks requiring stable low-temperature simmering as well as higher heat cooking.

Burner configuration consists of two standard burners, one economy burner, and one dedicated wok burner. Maximum burner outputs are up to 6.5 MJ/h for each standard burner, up to 3.8 MJ/h for the economy burner, and up to 13.6 MJ/h for the wok burner, depending on gas type and installation configuration.

The tempered glass surface incorporates bevelled edges rather than a raised frame, contributing to a cleaner visual transition into surrounding benchtops while also assisting with wipe-down cleaning around the perimeter. Removable metallic control dials and dishwasher-suitable cast iron supports further simplify ongoing maintenance.
