The PKN675DB1A uses radiant ceramic heating technology and is compatible with cookware suitable for electric ceramic cooktops. Unlike induction cooking, cookware does not require a magnetic base.

The RoasterZone allows expansion of the rear-left cooking zone for oversized cookware, while the dual-circuit front-right zone adjusts to accommodate smaller or larger pots as required. The ceramic glass surface remains smooth and uninterrupted for simplified cleaning once residual heat indicators show the zones have cooled.

Bosch’s DirectSelect Premium interface provides direct numeric heat selection rather than stepped cycling controls, helping improve precision during cooking adjustments.
