The PCR9A5I90A uses Bosch’s FlameSelect burner management system, allowing users to adjust flame intensity through nine calibrated power levels rather than relying solely on visual flame estimation. This enables more repeatable cooking control across simmering, sautéing, and high-output heating applications.

The centrally positioned dual flame wok burner delivers up to 5.0 kW maximum burner output, supporting high-temperature wok cooking and rapid boiling performance. Additional burner configuration includes economy, standard, and high-speed burners distributed across the cooktop surface for flexible cookware positioning.

Continuous cast-iron pan supports span the full cooktop width, improving cookware stability and allowing heavier cookware to move more easily between cooking zones. The detachable control dials and dishwasher-suitable pan supports simplify long-term cleaning and maintenance requirements.

The cooktop is supplied configured for Natural Gas operation and includes a Universal LPG nozzle conversion set for alternative gas installations. Bosch specifies professional gas installation and commissioning in accordance with local installation regulations.
