Bosch FlameSelect technology divides burner output into nine calibrated flame settings, allowing repeatable heat control for a wider range of cooking techniques. Unlike traditional gas controls where flame adjustment can be inconsistent, FlameSelect is designed to provide more predictable cooking performance between settings.

The integrated wok burner delivers up to 13.6 MJ/h depending on gas type, making it suitable for high-temperature cooking applications such as stir-frying, rapid boiling, and searing. The economy burner provides lower heat output for gentle simmering and delicate cooking tasks.

The cast-iron pan supports feature rubber feet to improve cookware stability and reduce movement during use. Both the pan supports and removable control dials have been designed to simplify routine cleaning and maintenance.
