Bosch 3D Hotair technology distributes heat evenly throughout the oven cavity, supporting consistent cooking performance across multiple shelf levels simultaneously. The Hotair Gentle function is designed to reduce energy usage during everyday baking applications by maintaining optimised airflow and heat management.

The pyrolytic self-cleaning system operates at extremely high temperatures to carbonise food residue inside the cavity. Following completion of the cleaning cycle and sufficient cooling, residual ash can be removed using a damp cloth. Bosch recommends removing large food deposits and accessories prior to activating the cleaning cycle.

The included telescopic rail system provides improved stability when extending trays from the oven cavity, assisting safer access while handling cookware or checking cooking progress. The oven also incorporates automatic safety shut-off functionality and door locking during pyrolytic cleaning cycles.
