• Perfectly designed pre-set programmes enable particularly uniform cooking results and make it easier to switch from a conventional oven to cooking with steam and hot air. For perfect results every time, even when cooking on all three levels.

Fully automatic intensive cleaning

• The fully automatic cleaning programme makes even cleaning a cinch. The appliance is cleaned and dried automatically – all you have to do is screw the environmentally friendly, recyclable cleaning cartridge into the centre of the oven rack.

Automatic steam extraction and effective odour filtration

• BORA Smart Open automatically extracts the steam from the oven chamber before the door is opened – so it will no longer fog up unit fronts or hit you in the face. The odour filter also neutralises unpleasant odours. Changing the filter is extremely easy.

Practical controls with BORA JOY

• Find the right recipe and optimum settings for your BORA X BO every time with the BORA JOY app – for cooking experiences that are more enjoyable than ever. BORA products can be stored in the BORA JOY app. When cooking, pre-set programmes are automatically integrated into the selected recipe.

Smart Open

• If the BORA Smart Open door function has been activated, the steam will be extracted from the oven chamber before the door is unlocked. This prevents users from getting a face full of steam when they open the door. If they leave the door in the same position after it has been unlocked, it will close automatically again after a while – protecting the food and saving energy.

• Its black frame and minimalist design make the BORA X BO a work of art. The display uses impressively clear iconography and integrates seamlessly into the attractive overall look, which is also enhanced by the stylish stainless steel oven chamber.

Simple operation

• The BORA X BO is controlled via a huge 19-inch display that can also be tilted if necessary. The touchscreen simply responds to the touch of your fingertips, just like a smartphone. Numerous preset programmes and an intuitive user navigation make cooking as easy as pie.

eSwap – easy filter change

• A highly efficient activated charcoal filter neutralises all odours, even when cooking fish. For optimum performance, the filter must be replaced regularly. Users can do this without removing any screws or components. Instead, the filter is simply replaced by lifting up the display flap on the front of the appliance. This is a function that is exclusive to the BORA X BO.

Product & Planning Information: 

• Unobstructed ventilation cross-section of at least 160 cm² in the kitchen unit
• The back panel of the kitchen unit must not be fitted behind the appliance.
• The appliance must not be installed underneath a cooktop.
• A minimum distance of 30 mm is to be maintained between the back of the appliance and any adjacent structure.
• A mains water connection is required.
• The water inlet pressure must be at least 200 kPa (2 bar). The appliance is designed to withstand a maximum water inlet pressure of 600 kPa (6 bar). If the pressure is greater than 600 kPa (6 bar), a pressure regulator must be installed to ensure seamless operation.
• Connect the water outlet pipe to a surface-mounted or flush-mounted trap or to the appliance connection on the sink trap.
• Only use the water outlet and inlet pipes provided. There must be no kinks in the pipes and they must not be shortened, extended or replaced with another pipe.
• The water inlet and outlet pipes must not be flush-mounted.
• The stopcock for the fresh water supply and the trap must be easily accessible after installation.
