The Barazza 1PTITK Thalas 37cm Built-In Electric Teppanyaki Hob brings precision flat-plate cooking to a premium outdoor kitchen. Its compact 37cm format integrates neatly into a benchtop while providing two cooking zones across a substantial 6mm-thick AISI 304 stainless steel hotplate.
Built for alfresco use, the hob combines an extra-thick AISI 316 stainless steel body with electronic temperature control from 0°C to 250°C. This gives you the flexibility to prepare everything from delicate seafood and vegetables to meat and breakfast favourites on a smooth, easy-to-manage cooking surface.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Allow the appliance to cool to a safe temperature and disconnect it from the power supply before cleaning.
- Clean stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a neutral detergent; avoid abrasive sponges, acidic or aggressive cleaners, steam cleaners, pressure cleaners and direct water jets.
- For easier hotplate cleaning, follow the supplied manual and clean the plate at approximately 50-60°C using a suitable rounded-edge spatula and mild dishwashing detergent.
- Dry the appliance carefully after cleaning and use the supplied waterproof cover when it is not in use.
