At 1164mm wide, the MAYFAIR is the longest stainless sink in Artusi's range. The double bowls leave plenty of space to wash and rinse while the drainer takes care of wet dishes, making it a one-sink solution for busy kitchens.

It is available with a left or right hand bowl layout. The 1145 x 495mm inset cut-out and 800mm minimum cabinet are published on the spec sheet, along with optional chopping boards and a colander.

Compared with the OXFORD, the MAYFAIR adds an integrated drainer to a two bowl layout, in a body that is considerably wider at 1164mm. Its 203mm bowl depth is shallower than the 228mm and 210mm bowls on the OXFORD.

The sink is made from 1mm satin AISI 304 stainless steel. A satin finish has a softer, matte appearance that helps minimise the visibility of fingerprints and light marks. AISI 304 is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel grade widely used for sinks because of its corrosion resistance.

Plan the cut-out as 1145 x 495mm with a minimum cabinet width of 800mm. Artusi notes that its literature gives indicative dimensions only, so the sink itself should be used to mark the benchtop cut-out. Inset sinks sit on top of the benchtop with the rim overlapping the cut-out. Undermount sinks are fixed beneath the benchtop so the bowl edge meets the benchtop surface. Flushmount sinks sit level with the benchtop surface. Inset slim top sinks are inset sinks with a low-profile rim.
