The KENT is a square sink with a surprisingly deep bowl. At 228mm deep it holds bulky pots without splashing, and the 37.5 litre capacity is generous for a 500mm cabinet.

Because it needs only a 476 x 476mm cut-out, it suits compact spaces such as small kitchens, bars and secondary prep areas. Artusi lists an optional B30.42 chopping board and CS16.39 colander as accessories.

The sink is made from 1mm polished stainless steel. A polished finish is bright and reflective, and shows water marks and fingerprints more readily than a satin finish.

Plan the cut-out as 476 x 476mm with a minimum cabinet width of 500mm. Artusi notes that its literature gives indicative dimensions only, so the sink itself should be used to mark the benchtop cut-out.
