You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Unlike the OXFORD, which pairs a larger and smaller bowl, the FLEET has two identical 340 x 400mm bowls. That symmetry suits households where two people work at the sink or where you prefer an even split between washing and rinsing.

The satin finish is gentler on the eye than polished stainless and helps hide fingerprints and light marks. Its 725 x 425mm cut-out and 800mm minimum cabinet are listed on the spec sheet, along with optional chopping boards and a colander.

The sink is made from 1mm satin AISI 304 stainless steel. A satin finish has a softer, matte appearance that helps minimise the visibility of fingerprints and light marks. AISI 304 is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel grade widely used for sinks because of its corrosion resistance.

Plan the cut-out as 725 x 425mm with a minimum cabinet width of 800mm. Artusi notes that its literature gives indicative dimensions only, so the sink itself should be used to mark the benchtop cut-out. Inset sinks sit on top of the benchtop with the rim overlapping the cut-out. Undermount sinks are fixed beneath the benchtop so the bowl edge meets the benchtop surface. Flushmount sinks sit level with the benchtop surface. Inset slim top sinks are inset sinks with a low-profile rim.
