You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The CHEST combines a mini drainer with a reversible layout. Instead of choosing a left hand or right hand model, you choose the orientation when you install it.

The waste hole is a 90mm wastekit hole without an overflow, so plan for a plug type that suits. The spec sheet lists a 618 x 488mm cut-out for the 630 x 500mm sink.

The CHEST suits utility rooms, laundries and secondary kitchens where a compact sink with a mini drainer is needed.

The sink is made from 0.8mm polished AISI 304 stainless steel. A polished finish is bright and reflective, and shows water marks and fingerprints more readily than a satin finish. AISI 304 is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel grade widely used for sinks because of its corrosion resistance.

Plan the cut-out as 618 x 488mm. Artusi notes that its literature gives indicative dimensions only, so the sink itself should be used to mark the benchtop cut-out.
