• Touch control display panel: Set and monitor the cellar temperature from a single touch control panel and white LED display, with a power button, mode button, light colour, light mode and brightness controls.
• Power button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the cellar off, then press lightly to turn it back on. After a power cut or switching off, wait 3 to 5 minutes before restarting or the cellar may not start.
• Dual zone temperature control: Two climate zones let you store different wines at their own temperatures. The specification sheet lists a 6°C to 12°C range with a default setting of 12°C.
• Temperature adjustment: The up and down buttons change the set temperature in one degree increments.
• Celsius / Fahrenheit: Press and hold the up and down buttons together for 3 seconds to switch the display between °C and °F.
• Running modes: The cellar starts in STD (Standard) mode. Each press of the mode button cycles through STD, ECO and DEMO.
• Sabbath mode: Press and hold the mode button for 3 seconds. The interior light and control display go dark and the cellar ignores user activity and external functions such as lighting, display and audible alarms, while still maintaining its internal temperature. Press and hold again for 3 seconds to return to STD.
• LED light colour: The LED light and button backlight default to bright (white). Each press cycles through bright (white), UV (blue) and amber (orange).
• LED light modes: L1 (default) lights the interior at 100% only while the door is open. L2 keeps the light on constantly, at 100% with the door open and 70% with it closed. L3 and L4 use the same brightness levels but switch the light off automatically after 30 minutes (L3) or one minute (L4).
• LED brightness: Each press of the brightness button cycles through 50%, 70% and 100%, and the cellar keeps the chosen level when the door is closed.
• Temperature memory: If power is suddenly lost, the previously set temperature is saved and the cellar returns to it when power is restored.
• Temperature alarm: If the interior is above 23°C, HI shows on the display and the alarm sounds continuously after one hour. If the interior is too cold, LO shows and the alarm sounds continuously after 15 minutes.
• Door lock: Insert the key and turn it counterclockwise to unlock the door. To lock, turn the key the other way, making sure the metal pin engages fully, then remove the key and store it safely. The keys are in the plastic bag with the instruction manual.
• Recommended wine temperatures: The manual suggests 12°C to 14°C for all wines, or: sparkling and NV Champagne 6°C; vintage Champagne 10°C; Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc 8°C; Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Chardonnay 10°C; Beaujolais 13°C; Pinot Noir and Grenache or Syrah 16°C; Cabernet and Merlot 20°C. Settings are limited to the temperature range of this model, so the 20°C suggestion is above its maximum.

The AWC36BV is Artusi's 60cm double door wine cellar. The 44-bottle AWC37BV is the same width with a single door and telescopic shelves, while the AWC18BV is a 296mm single-zone alternative for smaller spaces.

The specification sheet lists a dual zone cellar with a 6°C to 12°C temperature range and a default setting of 12°C.

Bottle capacity is based on Bordeaux-size bottles.
