You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The ASM100X/1 uses SS304 stainless steel, a material chosen for durability and a clean, contemporary look that complements stainless appliances and sinks.

The spout swivels across the sink, which makes it easy to fill large pots and reach every corner of a double bowl. The single pin lever keeps operation simple, with one hand controlling both flow and temperature.

Artusi's care guidance recommends cleaning with warm water and a soft cloth only, and avoiding harsh detergents, abrasive, cream or citrus based cleaners, chloride and halide products and hydrochloric acid. Following it keeps the stainless finish looking its best.
