• Qualified installation: Installation and the electrical connection must be carried out by an authorised service person or qualified electrician in line with local regulations.
• Electrical supply: The cooker needs a 50A fuse on single phase (220–240V, H05VV-F 3G 4mm² cable) or 3 x 20A on three phase (380–415V, H05VV-F 5G 1.5mm² cable). The terminal box is supplied without a cable.
• Earthing and isolation: The appliance must be earthed. An all-pole switch that can disconnect the supply must be fitted and be accessible after installation.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Induction heats the pan rather than the glass, so cookware matters. Use pans with a flat, machined base that attract a magnet, such as steel or cast iron, and avoid glass, ceramic, copper and aluminium pans without induction compatibility. If no suitable pan is detected, the zone stops heating. Induction surfaces generate a magnetic field, so anyone with a pacemaker or insulin pump should seek medical advice first.

The left side holds the main oven above a separate grill, while the right side is a tall oven of its own, so you can run different temperatures side by side. Before first use, run the empty oven at 240°C for 30 minutes with the door closed to burn off any manufacturing smell. Never place trays or foil directly on the oven base.

At 15.9kW the cooker needs a hard-wired connection and either a 50A single-phase fuse or a three-phase supply, so confirm this with your electrician before ordering. Because it ships with a terminal box only, the supply cable is arranged by your installer.
