Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it delivers the durability required for alfresco installations while providing the extraction capacity needed to efficiently remove smoke, grease and cooking odours generated by large built-in barbecues. Its broad canopy design offers excellent coverage across wider cooking surfaces, making it well suited to premium outdoor kitchens where both performance and presentation are equally important.

At the heart of the ACH12BBQ are two independently operating high-performance motors, each exhausting through its own dedicated duct outlet to maximise airflow efficiency. Together they deliver extraction rates of up to 838m³/h while offering three selectable fan speeds to suit everything from gentle grilling through to intensive searing and entertaining. Push-button controls provide straightforward operation, while six integrated LED lights evenly illuminate the entire cooking surface for improved visibility during day or evening use.

Designed for long-term reliability, the rangehood incorporates commercial-style stainless steel baffle filters that efficiently capture grease while maintaining unrestricted airflow. The filters are removable for regular cleaning, helping preserve extraction performance over time. The ACH12BBQ has been specifically developed for outdoor barbecue installations where higher volumes of smoke and airborne grease are produced than conventional indoor cooking. Its dual-motor configuration, twin duct outlets and commercial-style stainless steel baffle filters are designed to maintain strong airflow while efficiently separating grease before it enters the ducting system.

To maintain optimum performance, Artusi recommends cleaning the baffle filters regularly according to cooking frequency. The use of rigid metal ducting, short duct runs and minimal bends will significantly improve airflow efficiency while reducing operating noise. Where duct runs exceed approximately five metres, the manufacturer recommends incorporating an inline motor to maintain extraction performance.
