You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The ACH12BBQ has been specifically developed for outdoor barbecue installations where higher volumes of smoke and airborne grease are produced than conventional indoor cooking. Its dual-motor configuration, twin duct outlets and commercial-style stainless steel baffle filters are designed to maintain strong airflow while efficiently separating grease before it enters the ducting system.

To maintain optimum performance, Artusi recommends cleaning the baffle filters regularly according to cooking frequency. The use of rigid metal ducting, short duct runs and minimal bends will significantly improve airflow efficiency while reducing operating noise. Where duct runs exceed approximately five metres, the manufacturer recommends incorporating an inline motor to maintain extraction performance.
