Warranty Coverage

• Cartridge: 20 years replacement
• Product / Parts: 10 years replacement for defects in materials and workmanship
• Labour: 1 year
• Finishes: 5 years (for PVD and plated finishes); other finishes covered for manufacturing defects only

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What You Need to Know

• The product must be installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with Abey’s published guidelines (installation instructions, user manuals, etc.).
• Maximum operating water pressure must not exceed 500 kPa.
• Proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty claims.
• Products must be used and maintained in line with Abey’s care & cleaning instructions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be voided where:

• Proof of purchase cannot be provided.
• The product is not installed by a licensed plumber.
• Installation does not comply with Abey’s instructions or relevant standards.
• Water pressure or temperature exceeds recommended limits.
• Water supply lines are not flushed prior to installation.
• Isolation stop taps or necessary regulators are missing.
• Product has been altered, modified, or fitted with non-approved accessories (e.g., water filters).
• Damage results from misuse, neglect, harsh cleaning agents, or chemical exposure.
• Wear and tear, improper maintenance, or failure to clean regularly.
• The product has been damaged due to incorrect or unqualified installation.

How to Lodge a Warranty Claim

To make a claim:

1. Ensure the product has been installed (items not installed must be returned to the place of purchase).
2. Visit www.abey.com.au/after-sales.
3. Complete the online warranty claim form and upload proof of purchase.
4. You will receive a claim number via email for future correspondence.
5. An Abey Warranty Representative will contact you within 2 business days regarding your claim.
