You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Neion Plus complies with WMTS-051 and its bidet seat has an integral break tank with air gap complying with AS 2845.2, meeting the high-hazard backflow prevention requirements of AS/NZS 3500.1 without an RPZ valve. The same pan is also available as a package with the Arcisan in-wall cistern (NE041025) and in a wall hung version.

The remote control pairs with the toilet by code matching. If matching is unsuccessful, the indicator turns off after 30 seconds and the process can be repeated. Do not block the drying outlet, and do not clean the product with gasoline, benzene, paint thinner or a nylon brush.

If the seat does not respond, check that the inlet stop tap or strainer is not closed or blocked by dirt, and that the user is within the sensing position. If the indicator light keeps blinking or stays off after power is restored, or there are any fumes or abnormal sounds, turn the power off at the main switchboard and contact customer service.
