You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The Alia 4-in-1 system is designed to replace multiple standalone kitchen appliances with one integrated filtered water solution. The compact underbench configuration assists in preserving usable benchtop space while maintaining immediate access to boiling filtered water for everyday kitchen use.

The integrated filtration system is designed for both taste improvement and contaminant reduction, while the insulated boiling water system maintains controlled delivery temperatures without requiring a standalone countertop appliance. Filter replacement intervals are recommended approximately every 8–12 months depending on local water quality and usage conditions.
