The Alia X51 is a complete underbench water system built around separate boiling, chilled and sparkling water functions, operated through the X51 intelligent dispenser tap. The tap uses colour-coded controls for each filtered water mode, with red for boiling water, blue for chilled water, green for chilled sparkling water, and a white padlock control for the boiling water safety lock.

The system is designed for kitchens, offices, hospitality areas and light commercial environments where filtered water is used frequently throughout the day. Its integrated configuration reduces the need for a kettle, bottled sparkling water, standalone water filter jug or benchtop carbonation appliance, while keeping the functional components concealed within the cabinet space.

The manufacturer provides dedicated documentation for the X51 boiling, chilled and sparkling installation schematic, X51 dispenser dimensional drawing, cabinet dimensions, Bollente boiling unit, Fizz-X carbonation system and CO₂ safety data. These documents should be retained for installer reference, cabinet planning, filter replacement and ongoing system maintenance.
