Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The filtration system applies only to the boiling and chilled water functions. Standard hot and cold mixer water bypasses the filtration circuit.

During initial commissioning, the chilled water system should be flushed for approximately five minutes before consumption. Filter replacement intervals will vary depending on local water quality and usage volume, with replacement generally recommended every 8-12 months.

The refrigeration system uses R600a refrigerant and requires adequate airflow clearance around the under-sink cooling unit to maintain performance and operating efficiency.
