• Sink installation: topmount or undermount with the clips supplied. A 600mm cabinet is the minimum size.
• Tap hole: the sink has one tap hole for the foldable mixer.
• Cut-out: templates are a guide only. Using the actual sink gives a more accurate cut-out.
• Undermount fixing: clean the benchtop underside and sink flange with methylated spirits, apply silicone to the top edge of the bowl, then fit the bridge plates and nylon nuts with the plates and bolts 10mm from the sink edge, using stone adhesive for the bolts.
• No adhesive on the sink: the warranty is void if epoxy or adhesive is used to secure the sink to the bench.
• Plumbing: the mixer must be connected by a licensed plumber with the supply lines flushed first. Follow the FRAT500T and KTA035-316-BR installation manual supplied with the pack.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The FRAT500 is designed around a simple idea: an outdoor kitchen is often unused for days or weeks at a time, so the sink and tap should be protected while it waits. Folding the mixer away and covering the bowl keeps leaves, dust, salt spray and bird droppings off the working parts, which helps the finish last longer in an exposed spot.

Because the sink and tap are sold as one pack, the mixer is already matched to the sink's single tap hole and the covers fit the 500 x 420mm bowl. The covers are intended to be used as cutting boards, which turns the sink area into extra preparation space at parties.
