Warranty periods (domestic use):

• Cartridge: 20 years replacement (where applicable)
• Product or Parts: 10 years replacement for manufacturing faults
• Labour: 1 year

• Finishes:

- PVD finishes: 5 years
- Other finishes: Covered for manufacturing defects only, subject to care and maintenance guidelines

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Installation & Inspection Requirements

To ensure warranty coverage:

• Products must be installed by a licensed plumber
• Maximum water pressure must not exceed 500kPa
• Water lines must be thoroughly flushed prior to installation
• Isolation stop taps and flow regulators must be installed as required
• Products must be installed in accordance with Abey installation instructions and Australian Standards

Important:
All products must be inspected for scratches, blemishes, or defects before installation. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product’s condition.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or ageing of components
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or unlicensed installation
• Damage caused by excessive water pressure or temperature
• Blocked aerators, cartridges, or outlets due to debris or poor water quality
• Use of harsh or abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or solvents
• Modifications or use of non-approved accessories or devices (e.g. water filters)
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Products with altered or removed serial numbers
• Ex-display or clearance products

If you need to make a warranty claim:

1. Ensure the product has been installed (uninstalled items must be returned to point of purchase)

3. Complete the online warranty claim form and upload proof of purchase
4. A warranty claim number will be issued for reference
5. An Abey Warranty Representative will contact you within 2 business days
