Conditions & Requirements

Warranty is valid only when:

• Products are installed by a licensed tradesperson.
• Installation follows Fienza’s instructions and Australian standards.
• Proof of purchase is supplied for all claims.
• Claims for missing or damaged items are made before installation and within a reasonable time of delivery.

Exclusions include:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, impacts, or harsh chemicals.
• Normal wear, surface marks, or variations expected in stainless steel finishes.
• Consequential loss or damage where not permitted by law.

For warranty claims or support, Fienza will repair, replace, or refund the product depending on the nature of the issue and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
