Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Products must be inspected for damage prior to installation. BBQ covers and other accessories are not included in the product warranty.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

What's not covered

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
• Misuse, accidental damage, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear including rust caused by inadequate maintenance or cleaning
• BBQ covers and accessories
• Damage caused by power surges or incorrect gas or electrical supply
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised parties
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage identified after installation

Conditions

• Gas BBQs must be installed by a licensed gas plumber
• Electric BBQs and rangehoods must be installed by a licensed electrician
• Flexible ducting must not be used for rangehood installation — semi-rigid or solid ducting required
• Must be used and maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Products must be inspected for damage prior to installation

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This cover is made for one oven only. It is sized for the PW01, so it is not a universal cover and will not suit other Smart pizza ovens or other brands. The PW01 already comes with a UV resistant weather-proof cover, so this one is a handy spare or replacement.

The PW01 is a built-in oven designed to sit outdoors, and a cover is a simple way to keep dust, leaves and the weather off it between uses. As with any cover, let the oven cool completely before putting it on.

Covers and other accessories sit outside the manufacturer's product warranty, so treat it as a protective extra rather than a warranty item.
