The Bosch PXV975DV1E is a 90cm Series 8 Flex induction cooktop finished in black ceramic glass with stainless steel side profiles and a bevelled front edge. Designed for larger kitchen layouts and high-capacity cooking environments, it provides five usable cooking positions including two FlexInduction cooking zones and a central triple-ring zone for oversized cookware.

Bosch’s FlexInduction system allows cookware to be positioned freely across connected cooking areas, automatically detecting pan size and placement for efficient heat distribution. DirectSelect Premium touch controls span the front of the cooktop for direct access to cooking zones, power levels and integrated functions through a full-width illuminated interface.

PerfectFry sensor technology continuously monitors pan temperature during frying to reduce scorching, while MoveMode automatically divides selected cooking zones into preset heat ranges for boiling, cooking and simmering. Home Connect integration enables compatible smart connectivity functions including cooktop-to-rangehood communication with supported Bosch rangehood models.
