The Bosch PIX631HC1H is a 60cm Series 6 flex induction cooktop finished in black ceramic glass with a frameless front bevel design suited to contemporary kitchen installations. Featuring four induction cooking zones including a FlexInduction area, it allows two cooking zones to combine into one larger surface for oversized cookware, grill plates, or flexible pan positioning.

Bosch’s Multitouch+ DirectSelect interface provides direct access to cooking zones, timers, and power levels without cycling through menus. Seventeen power levels per zone allow finer heat adjustment across low simmering through to high-temperature boiling, while the integrated PowerBoost function accelerates heating performance for faster cooking preparation.

The PIX631HC1H also incorporates Bosch PerfectFry Plus frying sensor technology with eleven selectable temperature ranges between 70°C and 220°C to help maintain controlled pan temperatures during frying.
