Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. The warranty does not cover removal, installation, reinstallation or transport costs.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
• Removal, reinstallation or transport costs associated with a warranty claim.
• Damage caused by abrasive, citrus-based or harsh chemical cleaning products.
• Surface scratches or other damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by installation on an uneven or unsuitable floor surface.

Conditions

• The product must be installed by a licensed installer who has issued a Certificate of Compliance.
• The product must be installed on a solid, level surface that prevents movement.
• The product must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with Kaskade's care instructions.
• Proof of purchase must be provided with every claim.
• The product must have been purchased from an authorised Kaskade retailer.

Making a Claim

Warranty claims should be made through the original place of purchase. Have your proof of purchase and the Certificate of Compliance issued by your installer available when submitting a claim.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
