Orders may only be cancelled or varied with the agreement of Andi-Co Australia Pty Ltd. A cancellation fee of $200 AUD applies to orders cancelled by the customer before dispatch.
Returns or cancellations requested after dispatch, other than for delivery damage, may attract a restocking fee equal to 10% of the total order value when requested within 60 days of dispatch.
Special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Once the balance has been paid, goods may be held for up to 12 months from the original order date.
