Important Terms

Once the balance has been paid, the goods can be held for up to six months from the original order date.

The promotion is non-transferable and does not apply retrospectively to purchases made before 20 August 2026.

Orders may only be cancelled or varied with the agreement of Andi-Co Australia Pty Ltd.

A cancellation fee of $200 AUD applies to orders cancelled by the customer before dispatch.

Returns or cancellations requested after dispatch for a reason other than delivery damage may attract a restocking fee equal to 10% of the total order value when requested within 60 days of dispatch.

Special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
