Free Standard Installation – What’s Included

Installation will be completed at a residential premises by a Billi accredited technician, provided site requirements are met.

Installation Requirements

• Power and plumbing supply must be in place prior to installation
• Multifunction Mixer Tap requires:

- One hot water point
- Two cold water points (one dedicated for underbench system recommended)

• Additional plumbing or electrical work is not included
• Failure to prepare the site may result in a callout fee

Benchtop & Stone Limitations

• No cutting of granite, stone, or benchtops thicker than 48mm
• Due to silica safety regulations, technicians cannot cut stone
• Font installations are excluded and incur additional cost

Available in metro areas of:

Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Canberra, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart.

Installations outside these areas assessed case by case.

Installation must be completed within 12 months of approved redemption and no later than 30 June 2027.
